Privacy Notice
This notice covers this website only — the Present Pictures enterprise site. “Enter Studio” leads to a separate product system with its own terms; this page does not speak for it.
There is no sign-up and no login on this website, and it is not aimed at individual consumers. Unless you choose to fill in the “Request an Enterprise Demo” form, we receive nothing from you.
1. What we collect
Only what you enter in the “Request an Enterprise Demo” form: your name, work email, organization’s full legal name, role, phone number, the areas you tick, and anything you add in the message field.
Name, work email and organization’s full legal name are required; the rest are optional. The form does not ask about budget, purchasing timeline, company size or expected number of users.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell or pass your details to third parties for marketing.
We do not send form submissions to any external AI service for processing.
We do not transfer this information outside mainland China.
We do not add you to a marketing or newsletter list.
This website does not use cookies to track visitors and carries no third-party advertising or social tracking scripts.
3. Where it goes
On submission, the form is delivered by email to presentpictures@szfore.com.
That mailbox is password-protected and reachable only by authorised staff, who use it to arrange enterprise experiences and to follow up.
The website and the mail service run on servers inside mainland China (Aliyun).
4. How long we keep it
Six months from the date you submit the form, after which it is deleted.
If the two organisations enter into a formal engagement during that period, the related records are retained as agreed in that contract and this clause no longer applies.
5. How we contact you
No automatic confirmation email is sent when you submit the form.
We contact you using the email address or phone number you gave only when arranging an enterprise experience or answering your question.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we received from you.
Write to presentpictures@szfore.com. Please include the organization name and email address you used, so we can find the record.
7. Minors
This website is intended for enterprises and organizations. It is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes to this notice
If any of the above changes, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
